Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (“Gans” Ges.m.b.H, Brandstätte 1-3, 1010 Vienna, Austria, office@gans.at, Phone: 00 43 1 9141327) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website under “Orders – Gans GmbH – Account.” If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us or to LogPoint Logistics Services GmbH, Gans Ges.m.b.H (Industriestrasse 1, Halle A.02, 2110 Korneuburg, Austria). The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods only if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the consumer’s individual selection or specification is decisive for their manufacture, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.

Different Return Shipping Policy for Germany
We will cover the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will provide you with free return labels for your return shipment within Germany. If you use these return labels, the return shipment is free of charge for you. The return label will be sent to you via email. You can drop off your return at a package drop-off location operated by the respective provider in Austria.
